This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Glimpse ("Glimpse," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Glimpse website, mobile applications, services, software, and related features (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, downloading, installing, or using Glimpse, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Glimpse grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not grant ownership of any part of the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using Glimpse, you represent and warrant that: You meet the applicable age requirements. You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. All information you provide is accurate and current.
You are responsible for: Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activities that occur under your account. Providing accurate registration information.
You agree not to: Share your account with others. Impersonate another person or entity. Create accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.
You retain ownership of content you create and upload to Glimpse, including: Photos, Voice recordings, Comments, Messages, Profile information, Other submitted content.
By posting content, you grant Glimpse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, and operate the content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You represent and warrant that: You own or have permission to use the content. The content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
Glimpse is a location-based platform. By enabling location features, you consent to the collection and use of location information for: Pinning content to locations, Discovery features, Nearby content recommendations, Service functionality.
You may disable location permissions through your device settings. Glimpse may allow location precision controls, including: Exact Location, Neighborhood-Level, City-Level, Hidden Location.
We encourage users to exercise caution when sharing location information.
You agree not to use Glimpse to: Harass, threaten, or abuse others. Promote violence or criminal activity. Upload unlawful content. Share child exploitation material. Post malicious software. Spam users. Impersonate others. Violate intellectual property rights. Circumvent platform security measures.
Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent account termination.
Glimpse reserves the right to: Review reported content, Remove content that violates our policies, Restrict account functionality, Suspend or terminate accounts.
Moderation decisions are made at our discretion and may be subject to appeal where available.
The Service, including: Software, Design, Logos, Branding, Graphics, Features are owned by Glimpse and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not: Copy, Reverse engineer, Modify, Distribute, Resell any portion of the Service without prior written permission.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Glimpse, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood our Privacy Policy.
The Service may include integrations or links to third-party services. Glimpse is not responsible for: Third-party content, Third-party websites, Third-party services, Third-party privacy practices.
Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if: You violate this Agreement, Your conduct poses risk to users or the platform, Required by law.
You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Service and requesting account deletion where available.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLIMPSE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING: MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLIMPSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SPECIAL DAMAGES, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Glimpse during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glimpse, its owners, employees, contractors, moderators, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from: Your use of the Service, Your content, Your violation of this Agreement, Your violation of any law or third-party rights.
We may update this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT, INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING GLIMPSE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT.
